Application and Effect Evaluation of the Emergency Triage Information System

摘要 目的:对急诊科危重患者使用急诊预检分诊信息系统进行预检分诊,同时对该方法进行评价。方法:本次研究选取2015年2月-2015年7月内蒙古医科大学附属医院急诊科就诊的1200例患者。采取计算机随机生成的随机码,将1200例患者按1:1的比例分成对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统急诊预检分诊方式,而实验组采用急诊预检分诊信息系统对患者进行预检分诊。对两组危重症患者分诊的准确率、总的死亡率、危重患者的评估时间进行比较。结果:对照组和实验组各有100名患者被认定为危重患者。实验组危重患者分诊的准确率高于对照组(P<0.05);而总的死亡率,危重患者的评估时间均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:采用急诊预检分诊信息系统能够提高分诊的准确率,降低总的死亡率和危重患者的评估时间,适合在临床推广应用。 Objective: The aim of this study was to apply the emergency triage information system for pre - triage the critically ill patients who were admitted to the emergency department, and to evaluate the effects of this system. Methods: This study selected 1200 patients who were admitted to our hospital emergency department in July 2015-February 2015. The 1200 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the proportion of 1:1 with the computer generated code. Patients in the control group were applied with traditional emergency triage mode, and patients in the experimental group were applied with the emergency triage information system for pre - triage the critically ill patients who were admitted to the emergency department. The accuracy rate, total mortality, and the evaluation time of critically ill patients in the two groups were compared. Results: 100 patients in the control group and experimental group were identified as critically ill patients. The accuracy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05); the total mortality rate and the evaluation time were significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.0S). Conclusion: The emergency triage information system can improve the accuracy of triage, reduce the evaluation time and the total mortality for critically ill patients. Therefore, this system was appropriate in the clinical application.
