肥胖儿童健康网络管理平台的设计与研究

Design and Research of Health Network Management Platform about Obese Children

目的:分析儿童肥胖发展现状,建立肥胖儿童健康网络管理平台,探索肥胖发生发展的机制,制定预防、干预和治疗方法。方法:通过完整的记录肥胖儿童的生长发育变化、肥胖相关生化指标变化、饮食规律、运动能力、心理健康评估数据等,实现对肥胖儿童的长期追踪管理。结论:管理平台不仅使儿童保健机构可以根据肥胖儿童的情况实时调整干预措施,实现动态管理,还可以让家长也通过系统及时得到托幼机构及保健机构反馈的儿童详细信息,根据儿童发展的情况,及时调整体重控制方案。

Objective： The obesity children of the development was analyzed in the current situation,the health network management platform of obesity children was established,the mechanism of occurrence and development of obesity children was explored, the prevention, intervention and treatment methods was developed. Methods： To be complete recorded by obesity children growth change ,biochemical indicators was related with obesity, dietary laws, sports ability, mental health assessment data, etc. The long-term tracking management of obese children was achieved. Conclusion： According to the circumstance of obese children in real-time was adjusted by management platform not only for child care institutions, the dynamic management can be realized, and also childcare facilities and health care institutions was obtained by system of children detailed information was timely responded by the parents, according to the situation of child development, the control scheme of weight was timely adjusted.
