摘要 从焦化废水活性污泥中筛选到1株高效异养硝化菌株Alcaligenes sp.C17。考察了菌株在不同碳氮比(C/N,指碳与氮的物质的量比)、温度、p H、转速等影响因素下的氨氮降解性能。结果表明,菌株C17在较大的C/N、温度和p H范围内都具有高效的降解氨氮性能,在处理贫瘠废水与调节废水p H方面有着广阔的应用前景。并进一步探究了菌株抵抗高浓度氨氮废水的活性,以及通过检测该菌株的代谢产物探究了该菌株硝化反硝化性能。 A novel heterotrophic nitriying bacterium is isolated from activated sludge of a coking wastewater and is identified as Alcaligenes sp. C17. The influences of C / N ratio,temperature,pH and shaking speed on the ammonium removal are studied. The results show that the strain exhibits efficient heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification ability at a broad range of C / N,temperature and pH. It has the capability to be applied in the treatment of oligotrophic source water or adjusting wastewater pH. The activity of C17 to tolerate high ammonium loads is further studied. The metabolic products are also analyzed to investigate the heterotrophic nitrification coupled with aerobic denitrification performance of C17.
