摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法同时测定水中As、Ba、Cu、Se、Zn、Mn、Cd、Cr、Pb等9种微量元素的检测方法。结果表明,9种元素的检出限均低于0.008 mg/L。在0.05~1.50 mg/L质量浓度范围内,9种元素的线性相关系数均大于0.999 0。精密度实验中,9种元素的极差值均小于0.007 mg/L。3个加标水平下,9种元素的平均回收率均在89.0%~113.6%范围内,相对标准偏差均小于5%。结果表明,该方法具有较高的灵敏度高,并具有良好的线性关系、精密度和准确度。该方法可作为水中As、Ba、Cu、Se、Zn、Mn、Cd、Cr、Pb等9种微量元素定量分析方法。
An analytical method is developed for determination of 9 kinds of trace elements( i. e.,As,Cu,Ba,Se,Zn,Cd,Cr,Mn,Pb) in water by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES). The results show that the detection limits of the elements are less than 0. 008 mg / L. The linear correlation coefficients of the elements are more than 0. 999 0 when the concentrations of trace elements are in the range of 0. 05- 1. 50 mg / L. In the precise experiment,the range value of each element is less than 0. 007 mg / L. In addition,in the spiked experiments of three levels,the average recovery rate and relative standard deviation of the elements are 89. 0%- 113. 6% and less than 5%,respectively. It indicates that this method not only has high sensitivity but also exhibits satisfactory linearity,precision and accuracy in quantitative determination of the trace elements in water,such as As,Ba,Cu,Se,Zn,Mn,Cd,Cr,Pb.
