王国华椎间孔穴针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture at the WANG Guo-hua intervertebral foramen points for lumbar disc herniation

目的评价王国华椎间孔穴针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的镇痛效果、综合疗效、疗效持续时间、复发率及安全性,除外安慰效应。方法将80例随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,试验组采用王国华椎间孔穴针刺法治疗,对照组采用安慰穴假针刺治疗。治疗20次后,比较2组治疗前后疼痛评分(VAS)差值及功能障碍指数(ODI)差值,并比较治疗0.5年内复发率及不良反应。结果 2组均无不良事件,治疗后各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组复发病例及疗效持续时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论王国华椎间孔穴针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效且安全。

Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect,comprehensive efficacy,efficacy duration,recurrence rate and safety of acupuncture at the WANG Guo-hua intervertebral foramen points for the treatment of lumbar vertebral disc protrusion except for the placebo effect. Methods 80 cases enrolled were randomly assigned to 2 groups of 40 cases in each,the trial group were treated with acupuncture at the WANG Guo-hua intervertebral foramen points,and the control group were treated with sham acupuncture at the sham points. After treatment of 20 times,the difference of VAS and ODI before and after treatment in both groups was compared,and the relapse and adverse reactions were also compared within half a year of treatment. Results No adverse events were seen in either group. After treatment,the scores of 2 groups were both significantly different（ P 0. 05）,the relapse and duration time in 2 groups were both significantly different（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc protrusion with acupuncture at the Wang Guohua intervertebral foramen points has significant effectiveness with safety.
