摘要
目的基于环保理念,从西洋参茎叶中提取和分离人参皂苷Re单体,并测定其含量。方法以西洋参茎叶为原料,水煎煮提取得到人参总皂苷,采用硅胶柱色谱法从总皂苷中分离得到人参皂苷Re单体,再结合重结晶技术对人参皂苷Re单体进行纯化,最后采用高效液相色谱法测定人参皂苷Re含量。结果对人参总皂苷进行硅胶柱分离,最终得到的人参皂苷Re精品纯度达到84.7%。再进行重结晶,得到的Re白色结晶纯度可达到96.3%。结论此提取方法简单可靠,成本低,溶剂毒性小,不污染环境;所获产品纯度较高,可作为获得人参皂苷Re对照品的有效方法。
Objective To extract and separate ginsenoside-Re from Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and determine the content of it. Methods Distilled water was used to obtain the total saponin of in the stem and leaf Radix Panacis Quinquefolii. Silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization technology were used to purify ginsenoside-Re. High performance liquid chromatography was used to measure the content of ginsenoside-Re. Results 84.7% of ginsenoside-Re was obtained with silica gel column. After the recrystallization, the purity was 96.3%. Conclusion The extraction method is simple and accurate. Both the cost and the solvent toxicity are low. The obtained ginsenoside-Re has high purity and the method is good for establishing the standard of ginsenoside-Re.
