摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定金樱子中鞣花酸的含量。方法采用Odyssil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(40∶60),流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃。结果鞣花酸的质量在0.034~0.310μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为102.0%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论此含量测定方法简便、准确、快速,可为中药金樱子的质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the detemination of ellagic acid in Rosa laevigata Michx.. Methods The assay was conducted with an Odyssil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(40∶60) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 m L·min- 1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Results A good linear relationship was observed between the masses and the peak areas of ellagic acid at 0.034- 0.310 μg(r = 0.9998). The average recovery rate was 102.0% and RSD was 1.2%(n = 6). Conclusion The established quantification method is simple, rapid, and accurate, and it is applicable for the quality control of Rosa laevigata Michx..
