摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱法同时测定八珍益母胶囊中芍药苷、阿魏酸、甘草苷、甘草酸铵、盐酸益母草碱、毛蕊花糖苷、白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ、党参炔苷、茯苓酸10种成分的含量。方法采用色谱柱为Waters Xbridge-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,3.5μm)柱;流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(40∶57∶3,A)和0.2%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 m L·min-1;柱温40℃。结果芍药苷、阿魏酸、甘草苷、甘草酸铵、盐酸益母草碱、毛蕊花糖苷、白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ、党参炔苷、茯苓酸分别在0.038~0.475μg(r=0.9972)、0.09~1.125μg(r=0.9994)、0.104~1.3μg(r=0.9980)、0.38~4.75μg(r=0.9993)、0.064~0.8μg(r=0.9954)、0.044~0.55μg(r=0.9950)、0.228~2.85μg(r=0.9987)、0.65~8.125μg(r=0.9991)、0.79~9.875μg(r=0.9983)和1.428~17.85μg(r=0.9996)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率在99.3%~100.3%。结论本方法准确、灵敏、可靠,重现性较好,可用于八珍益母胶囊的质量控制。 Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid, liquiritin, glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt, leonurine hydrochloride, acteoside, atractylenolideⅠ, atractylenolideⅢ, lobetyolin, and pachymic acid in Bazhen Yimu capsules. Methods The determination was performed on Waters XbridgeC18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 3.5 μm) column with methanol-acetonitrile-water(40∶57∶3, A) and 0.2% phosphoric acid(B) as the mobile phase for the gradient elution, at the flow rate of 1.0 m L·min- 1. The column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The 10 active components were well separated and showed good linearity: paeoniflorin(0.038-0.475 μg), ferulic acid(0.09- 1.125 μg), liquiritin(0.104- 1.3 μg), glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt(0.38-4.75 μg), leonurine hydrochloride(0.064- 0.8 μg), acteoside(0.044- 0.55 μg), atractylenolide Ⅰ(0.228- 2.85 μg), atractylenolide Ⅲ(0.65- 8.125 μg), lobetyolin(0.79- 9.875 μg) and pachymic acid(1.428- 17.85 μg). The average recoveries were between 99.3%- 100.3%. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, credible, and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Bazhen Yimu capsules.
