民主党派应加强"政治把握能力、参政议政能力、组织领导能力、合作共事能力、解决自身问题能力"等"五种能力,,的新概括,是习近平同志在中央统战工作会议上对新形势下加强民主党派自身建设提出的纲领性意见,是对中国特色社会主义政党制度和民主党派自身建设规律进行科学总结的体现,必将在当前和今后民主党派加强自身建设的实践中发挥越来越重要的指导作用。关于如何推进新形势下的民主党派"五种能力"建设,本文从民主党派建设的内在规定性出发,提出了民主党派加强"五种能力"建设的理论逻辑、实践逻辑、历史逻辑和思维逻辑。

In the CPC Central Committees Work Conference on United Front,Mr.XI Jin-ping presented the guiding principle for strengthening the democratic parties＇ self- development under new circumstances,i.e.strengthening Five Abilities including political judgment ability,ability to participate in the management of state affairs,organizational and leading ability,ability to cooperate with each other,and ability to solve the problems of themselves.This demonstrated the scientific analysis on the law of the socialist party system with Chinese characteristics and the democratic parties＇ self development.Starting from the intrinsic rule of democratic parties＇ development,the writer discussed the theoretical logic,practical logic,historical logic and thinking logic for strengthening Five Abilities by democratic parties under the new circumstances.
