摘要
采用电子万能试验机、冲击试验机、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和旋转流变仪分别研究了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/马来酸酐接枝丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS-g-MAH)共混合金的力学性能、结晶性能和流变行为。结果表明:ABS-g-MAH的添加表现出良好的力学性能,适量添加ABS-g-MAH可以对PBT发挥较好的增韧作用和一定的增强作用。从共混合金结晶行为可以看出ABS-g-MAH的加入起到了成核剂的作用,适量添加可使PBT结晶峰温度向高温偏移。同时,共混合金熔体的复数黏度随频率的增加而降低,出现剪切变稀现象,均为假塑性流体。
The mechanical, crystallization and rheological properties of poly (butylene terephthalate ) (PBT) / maleinized acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS-g-MAH) blends were studied by using the universal tester, impact tester, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and rotational rheometer. The results suggested that the PBT was better toughened and certain enhanced by adding ABS-g-MAH. After adding appropriate ABS-g-MAH, the crystallization peak temperatures ( Tc) of the bends were shifted to higher temperature. The result showed that the ABS-g-MAH component was used as a nucleating agent. The rheological results showed that the melt of all the blends was pseudo-plastic fluid for the complex viscosity was decreased by increasing frequency.
