EVA/杨木粉发泡材料流变、压缩性能及发泡形态

摘要 采用旋转流变仪研究了EVA基木塑(WPC)复合材料的动态流变性能。旋转流变研究表明:VA质量分数为15%的EVA更适合作为发泡木塑的基体树脂,在170℃时适合发泡,并获得了性能良好的木塑发泡材料。利用万能拉力机和扫描电镜(SEM)探索了杨木粉用量对EVA基木塑复合发泡材料的压缩性能和发泡形态的影响,研究发现在高填充杨木粉后,复合材料的压缩强度下降,泡孔容易出现破裂和坍塌。 Dynamic rheological properties of Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)/wood powder composites (WPCs) were extensively studied using a rotary rheometer. A kind of EVA in which VA content was 15% was selected as foaming resin, 170 ℃ was a proper foaming temperature, and a series of EVA/wood powder composite were prepared according to the optimal parameters. Universal tensile machine and SEM were used to estimate the effect of wood powder content on compression property and foaming morphology. The study showed that compression strength was declined, broken and collapsed bubbles were increased after high filled with wood powder.
