Research Progress on Bismaleimide Resin Modifications

综述了近几年双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂的改性研究现状,主要包括内扩链增韧改性、烯丙基化合物增韧改性、热塑性树脂改性、热固性树脂改性、无机功能材料改性、酯类改性、橡胶增韧改性、微凝胶改性、等离子体处理增韧改性等,并对BMI树脂未来的发展趋势进行了分析和展望。

The modification of bismaleimide （BMI） status and research progress, mainly including the chain extension modification, allyl compounds modification, thermoplastic resin modification, thermosetting resin modification, inorganic functional materials modification, ester modification, rubber toughened modification, micro gel toughened modification and toughening modification of plasma treatment are reviewed. Moreover, the development trend of the BMI resins in the future is also prospected.
