摘要 该塑料制品为一种带有把手且提手部分为便于提拿设计成球形结构的塑料桶盖。根据其特点选择合适的注塑材料和注塑模具设计方案。根据塑件结构确定采用四板模模具结构,通过旋转侧向抽芯和斜滑块内侧抽芯成型塑件球形结构和内侧凸台,通过弹簧和锁紧装置实现3个分型面依次分型。 The plastic part was a barrelhead with a handle, which was designed to be the spherical structure to be easily lifted. Based on the plastic part features, the suitable plastic material and the design of injection mold were designed. Four plate injection mold was designed firstly. Rotary core-pulling and slanted slider inside core-pulling were used for forming the spherical structure and the inside male tab of the molded part. The three parting surfaces were opened in sequence through the designed spring and locking devices.
