摘要 为有效解决大规模科学数据的存储和分析问题,设计并实现一个分布式阵列数据库原型系统FASTDB,优化大规模科学数据的存储和分析性能,单独分析用户自己上传的科学数据。为验证FASTDB的性能优势,设计一组真实的天文领域科学分析任务,将FASTDB系统与SkyServer系统进行实验比较,实验结果表明,FASTDB系统在多数科学大数据分析场景下的性能远强于SkyServer系统。 To solve the problem of storage and analysis of large scale scientific data efficiently,a distributed prototype database system called FASTDB was presented,which not only optimized the performance of massive scientific data,but also enabled users to easily upload their own scientific data into the array based scientific database engine for further distribution and parallel analysis.To verify the performance of FASTDB,some real scientific analysis tasks were presented.Results of comparison experiments of FASTDB and SkyServer show that FASTDB is far better than SkyServer in many typical analytical scenarios.
