摘要 轮毂轴承作为汽车传动系统中至关重要的组成部分,对汽车整体性能起着至关重要的作用。针对某车型传动系统传动效率过低的现象,在理论分析的基础上,采用遗传算法对双列角接触球轮毂轴承进行优化计算,改变轴承的结构参数,减少摩擦阻力,以达到提高传动效率、节省油耗的目的。利用AVL-Cruise对整车进行仿真,比较优化前后整车油耗的差异,并通过实车油耗测试进一步验证优化的可行性。在花费较小成本的情况下,降低轮毂轴承的摩擦阻力,提高传动系统传动效率,达到明显降低整车油耗的目标。 Hub hearing is an important part of automobile. It has a great influence on the efficiency of automobile transmission system. On account of the phenomenon that the transmission efficiency was too low, on the basis of theoretical analysis, the structural parameters of the double row angular contact ball bearing were optimized with the help of genetic algorithm to promote the transmission efficiency. A simulation on vehicle was taken by using AVL-Cruise software and experimental verification was completed to compare the difference of the fuel consumption. The friction of hub bearing is reduced to improve the transmission efficiency of transmission system with less cost. As a result, the vehicle fuel consumption is reduced.
