摘要
扶手疲劳试验的结果受多个因素的影响,主要阐述了温度、频率和试验加载顺序3个因素与试验结果的关系。通过选取试验参数,设置试验矩阵,对试验结果进行分析和讨论,得出各因素与试验结果存在如下关系:高温对试验结果有显著的影响,温度越高,样件受破坏的可能性越大;在同一温度下,频率与试验结果存在明显的线性关系,即加载频率越慢,试验越易失效;另外,高温低频的试验条件是使试验失效最严重的工况,而且,先低温后高温的工况顺序会使试验结果表现得更加恶劣。
The result of armrest fatigue test is affected by several factors. The effects of temperature, frequency and loading sequence on the fatigue property of door panel armrest were investigated. The results show that the three factors have a significant effect on the fatigue prop- erty of door panel armrest: high-temperature has a obviously impact on the test results, the temperature is higher, the sample is more easily de- stroyed; at the same temperature, there is an obvious linear relationship between the frequency and results, that is to say, frequency slower, the sample is more easily failure ; in addition, when the testing is under a high-temperature and low-frequency condition, the door panel armrest would behavior its worst fatigue property; and the loading sequence also significantly influences the fatigue property of door panel armrest. That is to say, cool to warm testing condition would result in a more critical testing result than a warm to cool condition.
