摘要 研究影响转向拉杆极限承载力的3个主要环节,并对每个环节进行仿真分析。通过对转向拉杆总成折弯力的分析,阐述了线性屈曲和非线性屈曲在应用上的差异。分析内拉杆球铰铆接装配过程,力矩和摆角均达到设计目标。在内拉杆的拉脱力和外拉杆球销的弯曲强度分析中牵涉到了材料的损伤,采用ABAQUS显式分析完成计算。仿真分析的应用,实现了转向拉杆极限承载力的正向设计。 Three main links influencing the ultimate strength of steering tie rod were investigated, and the simulation analyses were car- ried On. Through the analysis about steering tie rod assembly buckling load, the differences of linear buckling and nonlinear buckling in appli- cation were expounded. The inner ball joint riveting assembly process was analyzed, it was shown that the torque and angular achieved the de- sign targets. In the analysis process about pulling out and bending strength, material damage was involved, so ABAQUS software was used to complete calculation. The application of simulation analysis has realized the forward designed for the steering tie rod ultimate strength.
