摘要
前端框架是汽车集成化设计的核心部件,其结构设计要满足严格的力学性能要求。提出了前端框架刚度、强度及扭转的分析方法及评价标准,采用该方法可以验证前端框架结构设计的可行性。运用ANSA软件建立前端框架的有限元模型,运用ABAQUS软件验证前端框架的力学性能,采用增加斜梁支撑的方案解决了前端框架力学性能弱的问题,斜梁支撑可以大大提升前端框架的力学性能。
The front-end module is one of the key components of automobile in integrated design. Its structure should meet the stringent requirements to the mechanical properties. A front-end module stiffness, strength and torsional analysis methods and evaluation criteria were presented. These methods could be used to verify the feasibility of front-end module structure design. ANSA software was used to build finite element model of the front-end module. ABAQUS software was used to verify the mechanical properties of the front-end module. By increasing the slanting beams support, the poor mechanical properties of the front-end module was improved. Slanting beam support can greatly enhance the mechanical properties of the front-end module.
