针对汽车滤清器破损导致发动机熄火和磨损的问题,对空气滤清器、机油滤清器、汽油滤清器的原始阻力、原始滤清效率指标进行风险监测,对监测数据进行分析,对监测指标风险进行等级划分:空气滤清器原始阻力、机油滤清器原始阻力、汽油滤清器原始阻力为低风险L,空气滤清器原始滤清效率为中等风险M或严重风险S、机油滤清器原始滤清效率为中等风险M或严重风险S、汽油滤清器原始滤清效率为中等风险M或严重风险S;最后给出了控制滤清器质量安全的相关建议。
The breakage of auto filter can induce engine flameout and wear. To address this occurrence, risk monitoring and data analysis were implemented on the initial restriction and the initial filtration efficiency indicators of air filter, oil filter and fuel filter, and risk rankings were given as follows: the initial restriction of air filter, oil filter and fuel filter was lower-risk L, while medium-risk M or severe-risk S was given to the initial filtration efficiency indicators air filter, oil filter and fuel filter. Eventually a series of proposals at controlling the quality safety risk of automobile filter were put forth.
