2010—2014年深圳市龙岗区平湖街道疑似预防接种异常反应分析

Analysis on suspected adverse event following immunization in Pinghu Sub-district of Longgang District in Shenzhen City from 2010-2014

目的了解2010-2014年深圳市龙岗区平湖街道疑似预防接种异常反应（adverse event following immunization，AEFI）发生特征，以评价国家免疫规划疫苗的安全性和预防接种服务质量。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2010-2014年报告的AEFI监测结果进行分析。结果2010-2014年共报告AEFI病例271例，社区覆盖率为100．00％。以一般反应为主，占报告总数的71．22％，异常反应占28．78％。AEFI平均发生率为5．08／10万针次，以无细胞性百白破疫苗发生率最高（1．07／10万针次）。全年均有病例报告，3-10月报告病例数较多；0～2岁年龄组报告数最多，占报告病例数的75．64％。结论深圳市龙岗区平湖街道疑似AEFI发生率较低，无疫苗质量事故及接种事故的报告，疫苗安全性和预防接种服务质量良好。

[Objective]To understand the characteristics of the suspected adverse event following immunization （AEFI） in Pinghu Sub-district of Longgang District in Shenzhen city from 2010-2014, evaluate the safety of vaccines in national immunization program and the quality of the vaccination service. [Methods]AEFl surveillance data reported between 2010 and 2014 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method.[Results]A total of 271 AEFI cases were reported from 2010-2014, and the coverage rate of communities was 100.00%. Most of AEFI cases were general reactions, accounting for 71.22%, and 28.78% were abnormal reactions. The average incidence rate of AEFI was 5.08/100 000 doses, and the incidence rate of acellular pertussis diphtheria tetanus vaccine was the highest （1.07/100 000 doses）. The cases were reported throughout the year, and the peak season appeared March to October. Most of cases were children under 2 years old, accounting for 75.64%.[Conclusion]The incidence rate of AEFI is at a low level in Pinghu Sub-district of Longgang District in Shenzhen City, there is no vaccine quality accident and vaccination accident, and the safety of the vaccines and the quality of the vaccination service are satisfactory.
