摘要
我国当前对教育治理的研究主要集中在教育治理中的政府角色和公共参与、治理的机制与模型、治理体系的顶层设计等方面。这些研究几乎都是从制度(权责)和技术(模式)的角度切入,而没有从整个社会背景介入进行思考。市民社会这一视角蕴含了丰富的社会学和政治学意义,藉此展开研究可使教育治理研究更有深意。
