摘要
闰盘是相邻心肌细胞在纵轴方向上的连接,在心肌细胞机械偶联和电偶联中发挥重要作用。闰盘处的3种连接(桥粒、黏着连接和缝隙连接)、离子通道和锚蛋白G在功能上相互影响、相互依存。其中任何一个的异常都会导致另几个的结构和功能改变,从而引起整个闰盘的结构和功能异常,甚至导致心脏疾病。目前,国内外对于闰盘处各种蛋白质相互作用的复杂性和重要性以及其对心脏疾病的意义的认识尚存不足,本文就近年来该方面的研究进展作一综述。
Intercalated disc is the longitudinal connection between myocytes,which plays an important role in the mechanical and electrical couplings of myocytes.There are 3 types of connections(desmosome,adherens junction and gap junction),as well as ion channels and ankyrin-G,located in intercalated disc which are interactional and interdependent in functions.Dysfunction of any one of them will cause the others to be unstable and disorderly,which leads to structural and functional abnormality of the whole intercalated disc,and even causes heart diseases.At present,complexities and importance of the interaction of proteins in intercalated disc and its significance of heart diseases are impercipient.This article reviews the recent development in the specific field.
