"人的新农村"彰显了我国社会主义新农村建设的创新理念,具有丰富的理论内涵和重大的战略意义。"人的新农村"建设所倡导的"以人为中心"的发展思想适应于"物的新农村"建设,是两者统一协调发展的基础;"人的新农村"建设具有特有的实践内容,更直接体现了对人的心理情感、价值取向、精神信仰、文化认知和习惯习俗等人性发展方面的尊重。"人的新农村"建设对推进"美丽中国"建设、全面建成小康社会、农村社会主义核心价值观建设、农民精神信仰重塑、新型城乡关系构建、传统村落文化的保护性发展和乡村文化软实力提升具有重大战略意义。

People＇s new rural construction brings out innovation of development idea, which contains rich theoretical intension and great strategic significance. This paper presents that the people-oriented scientific development concept on the initiative of people＇s new rural construction is also the development principle of object＇s new rural construction, which is the foundation for effective cooperation and coordination between the two sides. However, people＇s new rural construction has unique practical content, paying close attention to human nature development such as psychological feelings, passion, value orientation, faith, cultural cognition, habit and so on. Finally, the paper insists that People＇s new rural construction plays a key role in beautiful China construction, building well-off society in an allaround way, rural socialism core values construction, peasant spiritual faith construction, establishing new relationship between rural area and city, traditional village culture development and enhancing soft power of rural culture.
