摘要
文章从以金融机构主导的和以物流企业主导的两大类物流金融模式出发,重点研究存货质押模式、保兑仓模式和物流保理模式三种物流金融服务模式的运作流程、参与各方盈利模式以及各种模式下的优缺点,通过业务模式的分析识别物流金融业务风险点及关键控制点,从而为物流金融的有效运作及风险防范提出加强对质押物的检查、加强质押物损失管理、采取风险转移策略、加强监管人员职业道德建设和严控道德风险等实施对策及风险防范措施。
Starting from the two main logistics financial models, which are dominated by financial institutions and logistics enterprises, this paper mainly studies the operation of the three kinds of logistics financial service modes, which are inventories pledged mode, confirmed warehouse mode and logistics factoring mode. The profit mode and advantages and disadvantages of each mode are analyzed. The risk points and critical control points of logistics financial business through the analyzed of business mode, so as to provide measures for the effective operation and risk prevention of logistics finance, such as enforce management, risk transfer policies and talent cultivation and moral risk control.
