Study on Cross-Border RMB Development on the Scope of the Strategy of "One Belt One Road" :A Case In Guangxi

"一带一路"建设为我国西部地区的对外开放合作扩展了新空间、创造了新机遇。其中,广西作为"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"有机衔接的重要门户,应面向沿线国家,以东盟、南亚国家为重点,通过探索"小微团"特色跨境人民币业务模式、新兴业务与传统业务协同发展、定位五大类"走出去"需求主体、培育多元化金融组织体系、搭建与东盟国家跨境金融信息交流平台等途径加速跨境人民币业务的创新发展,发挥出广西作为"一带一路"重要支点的特殊作用。

Under the strategy of One Belt One Road, as an important portal of organic link and the ＂experimental field＂ of RMB internationalization, Guangxi should promote RMB internationalization strategy, playing as important strategic fulcrum of special function and meaning of Guangxi. So, some way should be conducted such as combining with the border economic characteristics, exploring the ＂small group＂ cross-border financial mode; traditional business and emerging business are coordinated; positioning five demand subject; developing multi-level capital market; building financial information exchange platform with ASEAN countries actively.
