摘要
西部地区发展战略新兴产业的必要性在于,由于历史原因,西部地区经济发展极不平衡,区域经济发展造成资源的高消耗和环境的污染。西部地区发展战略新兴产业的优势体现在:宏观经济基础优势、比较优势、政策优势和资源优势,而为实现西部地区战略新兴产业跨越式发展,可从新兴产业和优势产业相结合、明确发展战略新兴产业的思路及构建西部地区发展战略新兴产业的环境保障。
The western region needs to develop strategic emerging industries is due to historical reasons： the economic development is imbalance and the high consumption of resources and environmental pollution. The advantages of the western region to develop strategic emerging industries are： advanced macroeconomic base, comparative advantage, policy advantage, resource advantage. In order to realize the leap forward development of strategic emerging industries in the western region, we need to combine emerging industries with advanced industries, make clear development plan, as well as establish environmental protection system.
