中部地区打造产业经济升级版的驱动力及路径研究——以湖北省为例

Driving Force and Path of Building Industrial Economic Upgrade Edition in Central China——Based on Hubei Province

产业经济升级版包括转型和升级两个方面,其培育过程是产业构成要素持续扩散与整合的动态过程,其中技术融合、系统开放、模块化分工起着关键作用。要打造产业经济升级版,应围绕规划找引导力、围绕"群群互动"找合力、围绕融合找推力、围绕创新找原动力,路径存在于高新技术的渗透、产业间的延伸融合及其内部的重组创新。当前,包括湖北省在内的中部地区产业经济整体上呈现出了"稳中有进"的良好局面,但仍处于较低层次的"原生"状态。湖北省要加快打造产业经济升级版,出路在于激活"引擎"合力驱动,走全面转型发展之路。

Industrial economic upgrade edition has the meaning of transformation and upgrading. The cultivation process is a dynamic process of continuous diffusion and integration of industrial elements, technology integration, openness of the system, modular division play key role. To create industrial economic upgrade edition, we should focus on planning for guiding force, focus on industrial group interaction for force, focus on industrial convergence for thrust, focus on innovation for the source of power, and walking around the innovative path of high technology penetration, industrial convergence and internal restructuring. At present, Hubei province industry economy overall shows a good and steady situation, but still remains in the lower level of original state. To accelerate the building process of industrial economy upgrade edition, Hubei Province should activate engine driving force and take the road of comprehensive transformation and development.
