摘要 创伤性骨髓炎以及慢性难治性骨髓炎已经成为骨科常见疾病之一,该病治疗困难,病情迁延不愈,复发率和致残率高,同时创伤初期和慢性感染很可能导致骨缺损。近年来随着复合人工骨替代材料和生物载药系统的研究,感染性骨缺损的骨组织工程治疗方法不断深入,部分支架材料应用于临床实践。但新技术转化应用于临床实践需要进行临床前研究,如何更好地建立同质性动物模型对实验研究起至关重要的作用。优秀且标准的实验动物模型构建为研究者提供了控制各种影响因素的操作平台,有利于不同研究之间进行比较,继而为解决后续的临床实践应用提供第一手资料。本文主要对近年来骨髓炎骨缺损动物模型构建的相关研究进展作一综述。 Traumatic osteomyelitis and chronic osteomyelitis have been common diseases in orthopedics. The characteris-tics of osteomyelitis, such as delayed healing, high morbidity, and high recurrence rate contribute to its intractability. Also, osteomyelitis tends to result in bone defects. In recent years, with the development of composite bone graft substitutes and biological deliver, bone tissue therapeutic methods for the contaminated bone defect have stepped further, various scaffold materials have been applied in clinic. However, pre-research is essential before new techniques are performed in clinic, and it is crucial for experimental researches to perform homogeneous animal models better. An excellent animal model is a plat-form for variable control, and also provides primary data reference for clinic. The aim of this review is to prospect the study progress on animal models of bone defects due to osteomyelitis.
