煤尘爆炸危险等级模糊结构元综合决策研究 被引量:5

摘要 为研究煤尘变质程度对其爆炸危险性的影响,将煤尘划分为无危险性、危险性较弱、危险性一般、危险性较强4个等级,建立爆炸危险等级的模糊结构元综合决策模型。选取40种煤样进行煤质分析试验和超压、温度、火焰传播特性、粒径分散度测试试验,以此构建煤尘爆炸危险等级决策指标体系。将三角结构元引入所建模糊综合决策模型,通过对模糊指标值函数与模糊极大函数的加权海明距离排序,实现不同煤质的煤尘爆炸危险等级决策。结果表明:未变质煤尘的爆炸危险等级总体较高,高变质煤尘的爆炸危险等级普遍较低。爆炸危险等级随变质程度的增大呈下降趋势。 To study influence of metamorphism on coal dust explosion hazard rating,a model was built for fuzzy structure element integrated decision about no danger,weak danger,general danger,strong danger of coal dust explosion. 40 kinds of coal samples were selected to carry out coal quality analysis tests,overpressure tests,temperature tests,flame propagation properties tests and particle size distribution tests.Based on this,a coal dust explosion hazard rating decision-making index system was established. The triangular structure element was added to the fuzzy comprehensive decision model. By sequencing weighted Hamming distances between fuzzy index value function and fuzzy maximal function,the coal dust explosion hazard rating of different coal quality can be decided. The result shows that coal dust explosion hazard rating of non metamorphic coal is generally high,while coal dust explosion hazard rating of highly metamorphic coal is generally low-the higher the metamorphic grade is,the lower the coal dust explosion hazard rating will be.
