摘要
从目前我国的实际情况来看,高校对于大学生就业能力培养上普遍缺乏深入分析,没有统一的组织和机构,也没有成熟的教育理论,在专业师资力量上也有待加强。目标管理理论可以将行动导向定义为工作结果,提倡先有工作目标再有工作内容,对计划进行层层分解,实施后并进行考评。因此,目标管理理论在大学生就业能力培养可起到很好的引导作用,促进大学生就业能力的养成。
According to the actual situation of our country's, Our colleges and universities is lack ot m-depm analysis of the university students' employment ability training ,We don't have unified organization and institution ,and the mature theory of education, and professional teachers also need to be strengthened. Action orientation can be defined as a work target management theory as a result, advocates that the job target will be the first then the content, decompose the plan, and make assess after the implementation. Therefore, the target management theory will have a very good guide effect in college students' employment ability training, and promote the university students' employment ability.
