箭叶淫羊藿不同部位中淫羊藿苷及总黄酮含量测定

Content Determination of the Icariin and Total Flavonoids in Different Parts of Epimedium Sagittatum Maxim

目的:测定并比较箭叶淫羊藿不同药用部位中淫羊藿苷及总黄酮的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对箭叶淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷含量进行测定,采用紫外-可见分光光度法对总黄酮含量进行测定。结果:淫羊藿各药用部位中淫羊藿苷及总黄酮含量高低顺序均为:叶>地上部分>全草>根>茎。结论:淫羊藿不同药用部位的总黄酮和淫羊藿苷含量差异较大,叶中含量最高。研究结果为箭叶淫羊藿药材的质量控制、采收加工提供了参考依据。

Objective：To determine and compare the contents of icariin and total flavonoids in defferent parts of Epimedium sagitta turn Maxim. Methods. The contents of ieariin were determined by HPLC, and the total flavones were determined by UV-VIS. Results ： The order of contents of icariin and flavonoids was leaves〉aerial parts〉whole herbs〉roots〉stem. Conclusion ： The content of icariin and total flavonids in Epimedium sagittatum Maxim in different part are of great differences, the content in leaves are much higher than other places. This study may provide valuable reference for controlling the quality and produce of Epimedium sagittatum Maxim.
