摘要
目的:研究葡萄糖粉咀嚼片的制备工艺。方法:采用响应面分析方法分析葡萄糖粉咀嚼片的制备工艺,筛选出符合大众口感的处方。结果:通过试验确定最佳配方为矫味剂、粘合剂、润滑剂,其配比为:1.8%、5.11%、2.06%。结论:片剂评测结果与响应面Box-Benhnken中心组合试验分析结果高度符合。
Objective:To Prepare of glucose chewable tablet was studied.Methods:The preparation process of tablet was analyzed and the optimal prescription with good taste was given by response surface methodology.Results:The optimal prescription was that corrigent was 1.8%,adhesive was 5.11% and ubricant was 2.06%.Conclusion:The practical yield of tablets was consistent with the predicted yield.
