正交设计优选混悬型鼻喷雾剂制备工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:采用正交试验法优选混悬型鼻喷雾剂的制备工艺。方法:选择溶胀时间(A)、剪切搅拌速率(B)及搅拌时间(C)3个因素,每因素各取3个水平,按L9(34)正交表安排试验,以混悬基质的触变程度为指标评定工艺的优劣。结果:工艺最佳条件为溶胀30min、剪切搅拌速率为5 000RPM、搅拌30min。结论:该优选工艺所制混悬基质触变程度最低。 Objective:To seek the optimum techniques preparing suspensional nasal spray.Methods:To arrange the test according the L9(34)orthogonal table,we selected three factors as time of swelling,speed of shkear mixing,time of mixing,each of which took three levels,to assess the techniques with the thixotropic degree of the suspensional base.Results:The optimum technique was that the time of swelling was 30 min,the speed of shear mixing was 5 000 rpm,the time of mixing was 30 min.Conclusion:The thixotropic degree was lowest prepared as the optimum technique.
