摘要
慢性再生障碍性贫血是指由多种病因引起的骨髓造血干细胞和骨髓微环境严重受损,以全血细胞减少为主要表现的综合征。该病可归属于中医"髓劳""虚劳""血虚""血证"等范畴。中医认为慢性再生障碍性贫血的基本病机为肾虚。肾主骨生髓,肾虚不藏精,髓不化血,因此治疗强调"从肾论治"。史哲新教授采用中西医结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血二十余载,有着丰富的临床经验,介绍其治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血验案一则,以飨同道。
Chronic aplastic anemia is caused by a variety of causes in Bone marrow hematopoietic stem cellsand bone marrow microenvironment seriously damaged,with pancytopenia as the main manifestation of a syndrome.Chronic plastic anemia belongto the ＂suilao＂, ＂consumptive disease＂, ＂ blood deficiency＂ and ＂ blood disease＂ category in traditional Chinese medicine.The basic pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine is considered to be kidney deficiency,kidney generate the essence.If kidney not storing the essence,marrow not generating blood,so thatemphasis ontreatment based on kidney.Professor Shi Zhexin has engaged in treating chronic aplastic anemia for more than 20 years in integrated Chinese and western medicine and has rich Clinical experience.This article introduces clinical case of professor Shi Zhexin for the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.
