山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋生态文明建设现状与对策研究

党的十八大对中国特色社会主义事业的建设作出了"五位一体"的总体布局,将生态文明纳入其中,凸显了其重要性。21世纪是海洋的世纪,各国都纷纷开展涉海产业的发展,在这种背景下,我国对于海洋的开发势必会不断深入。如何为我国海洋开发塑造良好的环境是亟待解决的问题。山东半岛蓝色经济区是我省蓝色经济发展的灯塔,建造优秀的生态文明有利于区域进步,更能为国家涉海产业与蓝色经济的发展添砖加瓦。通过对山东半岛海洋生态文明建设现状与存在问题的梳理、挖掘与实证研究,得出要强政策导向,重统筹兼顾;优产业结构,强产业创新;纳四方之才,保科技活力;倡海洋理念,促广泛参与这四项对策建议。
