摘要 MicroRNA是一类单链非编码的小分子RNA,它通过降解目标mRNA或者抑制其翻译对基因进行转录后调控。Th1/Th2免疫应答失衡在支气管哮喘发病机制中发挥关键作用。新近研究表明,miRNA在调控Th1/Th2平衡及其相关细胞因子表达方面发挥重要作用,与支气管哮喘的发病机制密切相关,就此作一综述。 microRNA (miRNA) are short non-coding single-stranded RNA molecules. They post transcriptionally regulate gene expression. The miRNA cause degradation of target mRNA or inhibit their translation to negatively regulate gene expression. The disorders of the Thl/Th2's (T helpl/T help2) immune function play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. The current study shows that the importance of miRNA that govern Thl and Th2 cell fate decisions and regulate their cytokines functions in bronchial asthma. Then we made this review.
