Research on the Influence model of Ambidexterous ability:Based on the internal and external enterprise network perspective

网络经济时代,企业创新环境日益复杂多变,企业必须积极嵌入到某个网络节点,才能充分利用和获取创新所需要的内外部资源。在运作当前事业和适应未来变革的压力下,企业双元性创新能力不仅依赖于内部创新资源,也受所嵌入网络的资源、能力及其关系的影响。基于成熟领域和新领域的双重需要,企业应洞悉内外部网络效度及其关系治理的变化,将组织发展的内部逻辑与外部逻辑联接一体,建立适应企业网络特征和变化的双元性创新能力生成机制,为提升双元性创新能力寻求新的路径。

The innovation environment is more complex and changeful for enterprises in network economy era.,In order to make full use of internal or external innovation resources,the enterprises must actively embedded in to a certain network node.Under the double pressure of the current operation and the future of change,how to develop and promote ambidextrous abilities becomes the focus.Based on the network point of view,the paper explores the relations both internal and external network and its effect on the ambidextrous ability of the enterprise from the perspective of enterprise network relationship both internal and external and its governance.By constructing the influence model of the Ambidexterity based on the validity of enterprise both internal and external network,the paper analyzes how to generate the enterprise ambidextrous ability from its network mechanism,thus to provide a new perspective for exploring the ascension path of ambidextrous ability.
