摘要
嘌呤在细胞中表现出许多重要的功能,其中形成DNA、RNA前体是其关键功能之一。尿酸是人类嘌呤代谢的最终产物,正常人体血液中的尿酸大部分能通过肾脏很快排除,不会引起疾病。但当尿酸生成过多或肾脏功能发生障碍时将引发高尿酸血症等疾病,是发生痛风、肾功能障碍、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病和肥胖的关键风险因素。尿酸生成和排泄是涉及多种因素的复杂过程,文章综述了调节尿酸生成和排泄的关键因素。
Purines exhibit many important functions in the cell,thereinto,forming the precursors of DNA and RNA is one of their key functions.In humans the final compound of purines catabolism is uric acid. The majority of uric acid in the blood of normal human can be eliminated through the kidney and will not cause disease. But hyperuricemia occurs as a result of the overproduction of uric acid or the dysfunction of renal. Hyperuricemia is a key risk factor causing gout,renal dysfunction,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes and obesity. The generation and secretion of uric acid are a complex process involving various factors,and this paper reviews the key factors of regulating the generation and secretion of uric acid.
