摘要
为丰富哈尔滨地区宿根园林花卉品种,引进6种多倍体大花萱草新品种,经过3a的性状调查和栽培研究,这6种多倍体大花萱草均可在哈尔滨地区安全越冬,且长势较好;组织培养是快速、大批量繁殖多倍体大花萱草的最好方法;多倍体大花萱草园林用途广泛。
In order to enrich perennial garden flowers species of Harbin area,six new Hemerocallis hybridas species were introduced,through the investigation and study on the cultivation of characters for three years,the six species could overwintering safely and grow well;tissue culture was the best method for rapid and mass propagation;Hemerocallis hybridas were used in landscape widely.
