LHRH及4F_3B_(10)对体外培养HeLa细胞作用的研究

摘要 为了研究促黄体素释放激素(LHRH)及4F3B10对宫颈癌He La细胞的作用,试验以Westernblot方法检测了细胞上LHRH受体的表达情况,并利用CCK-8试剂盒检测了LHRH及4F3B10对HeLa细胞的影响。结果表明:LHRH作用He La细胞48 h后,细胞透明并有着较强折光性;在一定浓度范围内,LHRH浓度与细胞增长呈正相关关系;而4F3B10作用He La细胞48 h后,细胞色暗,折光性较差,一定浓度4F3B10与细胞增长呈负相关关系。说明在一定浓度范围内LHRH促进He La细胞生长,而4F3B10抑制He La细胞生长并具有诱导细胞凋亡作用。
