分散液相微萃取-高效液相色谱联用测定水中阿维菌素残留 被引量:3

摘要 为了检测水中阿维菌素残留,试验采用分散液相微萃取净化,高效液相色谱检测的方法。样品经0.22μm的滤膜过滤后用含有70μL三氯甲烷的1.0 mL丙酮萃取,氮气吹干,再用50.0μL甲醇溶解,取20μL进行色谱分析,采用甲醇∶水(80∶20)作为流动相,245 nm紫外检测器检测阿维菌素残留。结果表明:在10~500μg/mL之间线性良好,相关系数(r^2)=0.999。添加浓度为0.1,1.0,5.0μg/mL时,阿维菌素的平均回收率分别为92.51%、95.03%、82.84%,日内变异系数分别为3.78%、7.04%、3.78%,日间变异系数分别为3.58%、3.29%、4.29%,按信噪比10倍计算,检出限为0.1μg/mL。说明用分散液相微萃取方法净化水中阿维菌素快速、环保。
