抗寒锻炼期间丰花月季茎中矿质元素含量与EIS参数变化及其关系研究 被引量:3

Research on the changes of mineral elements content and EIS parameters in floribunda rose stems and their relationship during cold acclimation

摘要 以丰花月季(Rosa hybrida Hort.)三个品种:‘红帽’、‘柔情似水’、‘金玛丽’为试材,用电导法测定了秋冬季节茎的抗寒性变化,同时测定了N、P、K、Ca、Mg的含量及电阻抗图谱各参数。结果表明:三个品种的抗寒性强弱顺序为:‘金玛丽’>‘柔情似水’>‘红帽’;三个品种茎的胞外电阻率r_e、胞内电阻率ri均呈逐渐上升趋势,弛豫时间τ先下降再上升,‘柔情似水’和‘红帽’茎的弛豫时间分布系数ψ先升高再降低,到抗寒锻炼末期趋近平稳,‘金玛丽’茎的ψ波动较大;最佳估测抗寒性的EIS参数分别为‘红帽’:r_e(r=–0.878)、‘柔情似水’:r_e(r=–0.979)、‘金玛丽’:r_i(r=–0.997)。三个品种茎内Ca、Mg含量均呈现逐渐上升趋势,与EIS参数之间的相关性分析结果表明,Ca含量与r_e存在显著正相关;Mg含量与r_i存在显著正相关。 Three varieties of floribunda roses ‘Hongmao', ‘Rouqingsishui' and ‘Jinmali' were used as the test materials. The change of cold resistance of stems was determined by electrolyte leakage(EL) method during the season of autumn and winter, meanwhile N, P, K, Ca and Mg contents and electrical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) parameters were assessed. The results showed that, the order of cold resistance of the three varieties was ‘Jinmali'‘Rouqingsishui'‘Hongmao'. The EIS parameters specific extracellular resistance re and specific intracellular resistance ri of three varieties all increased gradually, relaxation time τ first decreased and then increased, the distribution coefficient of relaxation time ψ of ‘Rouqingsishui' and ‘Hongmao' first increased and then decreased, and reached stable at the end of cold acclimation, however, the ψ of ‘Jinmali' changed severely. The best EIS parameters to estimate cold resistance were re(r = –0.878), re(r = –0.979), and ri(r = –0.997) for ‘Hongmao', ‘Rouqingsishui' and ‘Jinmali', respectively. The contents of Ca and Mg in stems of three varieties were all showing a gradual upward trend, and the correlation analysis with EIS parameters showed that there was a significant positive correlation between Ca content and re, as well as between Mg content and ri.
