从转移到转译:产学研社群联结机制的转变

From Transfer to Translation: Transformation of Unity Mechanism of Industry-University-Research Community

从转移的视角研究产学研社群的联结,暴露出知识流动的单向性问题,体现不出不同行动者之间的互动,而从转译的视角研究则克服了这个缺陷。转译是产学研社群得以形成的原因,也是维系产学研社群发展的动态机制。转译过程,包括问题化(problematisation)、利益锁定(interessement)、召募(enrollment)和动员(mobilization)四个阶段,呈现出多元、协商、开放的特点。

Researching unity of industry- university- research community from the perspective of transfer,exposes the unidirectional problem and cannot reflect the interaction between different actors. It can overcome this defects from the perspective of translation. Translation is the cause to formation of community of industry- university- research,also to maintain the dynamic mechanism of community development. The process of translation includes problematisation,interessement,enrollment and mobilization,presenting characteristics of diversity,consultation,openness.
