防汛实时预警系统在重点区域的应用示范

摘要 该文借鉴全球排水防汛实时模型领域前沿技术,构建了防汛实时预警系统,实现了对排水系统的动态模拟和预警预报,以减少暴雨积水给城市基础设施和公众带来的危害。同时,在此基础上,建立了肇嘉浜地区防汛实时预警系统,并利用近年汛期降雨数据对系统运行情况进行分析,为在线模拟技术在上海范围内的推广提供有力的技术基础。 Using leading-edge real-time technology for urban drainage modeling, an early warning system of flood control has been built in Shanghai, which can dynamically simulate drainage system operation and make early-warnings for flood control. With the help of the system, infrastructure and public property damage from storm flooding can be reduced. On this basis, Zhaojiabang area early warning system was built. Its reliability was tested with the rainfall invents recorded in recent years, which provides powerful technical support for its future popularization in Shanghai.
