摘要
针对因煤柱尺寸设计不合理造成支护效果不理想、煤炭资源浪费的现象,文章主要采用数值模拟软件FLAC3D分析了不同煤柱宽度下围岩应力分布和位移变化规律,对综放工作面煤柱留设与支护进行改进,从根本上改善综放工作面煤柱留设情况,提高了巷道支护效果及工作面煤炭资源回收率。
According to the irrational design of the dimension of pillar could cause non- ideal supporting effect and the wasting of coal resources. In the paper,distribution and displacement variation of surrounding rock stress under different coal pillar width was analysed by using FLAC3 D,optimal designing set of pillar and improving support. Fundamentally,the situation of leaving coal pillar of Fully Mechanized Caving Face was improved,coal recovery rate and supporting effect of roadway were both improved.
