摘要
矿井提升机运转情况的好坏对煤炭生产和安全有着重要的作用,但是由于任务重、提升速度快、升级频繁等导致提升系统故障频发。文章分析了提升机钢丝绳的主要故障类型和原因,并根据分析结果,建立了由5个逻辑或门和8个底事件所构成的故障树。通过对故障树的定性和定量分析,得出了结论:各故障原因都可能独立导致钢丝绳系统故障,故障率约为0.11%。同时,根据分析结果提出了一些具有针对性的故障判断、检修方案,以提高设备的可靠性。
The stand or fall of the workings of the mine hoist in coal production and safety plays an important role,but due to the heavy task,fast speed,upgrade frequently lead to improve the system fault frequency,etc. This paper analyzes the main failure types and causes of wire rope hoist and,according to the results of the analysis is established by the five logic or door and 8 of bottom events of the fault tree. By means of fault tree qualitative and quantitative analysis,reached the conclusion that the fault reason can cause rope to independent system failure,failure rate is about 0. 11%. At the same time,put forward some targeted according to the results of the analysis of the failure diagnosis and maintenance plan,in order to improve the reliability of the equipment.
