摘要 基于开环双模谐振器设计了一种新型的变容管加载的微带可调滤波器。首先,根据双模谐振器的结构特点,利用奇偶模方法分析了其谐振特性;然后,在理论分析基础上设计了适合频率调节的双模谐振器;最后,在固定频率的双模滤波器上加载变容二极管,通过调节变容二极管的反向偏置电压实现了频率的可调。该可调滤波器实现了2.7~2.9 GHz的中心频率可调,且在可调范围内插入损耗小于5 d B,具有广阔的应用前景。 In this paper,a new type tunable filter based on open loop dual-mode resonator is designed.First of all, according to the structural characteristicsofthedual-mode resonator, the characteristics of resonance is analyzed in the even-odd mode analysis method; Then, a dual-mode filteris designedbased on the theoretical analysis; Finally,thedual-mode filtercan berealizedfrequency tunableby adjusting the reverse bias voltageof thevaractors.The insertion loss in the passband of the tunablefilteris less than 5d B with a center frequency tunable range from2.7GHz to 2.9GHz,and the filter has a broad application prospect.
