Design on the monitoring frames of manufacturing information in the system of cloud manufacturing

制造云服务组合过程中存在诸多不确定的异常因素,它们会影响云服务的动态组合和执行。针对不确定异常因素中制造信息的变动,在对制造信息进行分类的基础上,有针对性提出云制造系统中制造信息异常监控的若干框架设计,为云制造应用中各参与方进行制造信息的异常监控提供思路,同时为相关企业构建和应用云制造提供决策理论和工具。

The uncertain and abnormal factors in the process of manufacturing cloud service composition will influence the composition and execution of cloud service. For the abnormal changes of manufacturing information from different categories among uncertain factors, the author accordingly proposed certain number of monitoring frame. This will provide ideas for participants of cloud manufacturing to monitor manufacturing information in the system of cloud manufacturing, and will further provide decision theories and tools to related enterprises in the field of constructing and utilizing manufacturing cloud service.
