摘要
针对主变压器直流电阻试验必须专人调节有载分接开关的试验现状,设计了一种主变有载分接开关遥控调档装置,能使节省专门的调档人员,提高了直流电阻试验的效率。运用了图像采集、处理和显示技术,能准实时的显示有载分接开关当前的档位,使试验人员能够随时得到档位信息,使遥控调档能够准确无误。该装置与主变二次回路没有直接的电气连接,不会给试验增加新的风险点。
According to the test situation of the main transformer DC resistance test,it designs a remote control device. The device can save the special person who adjusts the gear,and improve the efficiency of the DC resistance test. The device uses the image acquisition,processing and display technology.And it can display OLTC(On-load tap changer)current gear in a quasi real time.It can make the test personnel get file information, and it can make the test accurate.There is no direct electrical connection between the device and the main transformer secondary circuit,so the device will not increase the risk of new points to test.
