中国特色社会主义政治经济学是当代中国的马克思主义政治经济学,在阶段性上的学科定位是:在生产关系上属于社会主义初级阶段的政治经济学,在生产力上属于中等收入发展阶段的政治经济学。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的对象扩展到生产力,其任务是建立关于解放、发展和保护生产力的系统性经济学说。基本经济制度和基本收入制度是社会经济制度的基本方面。这方面的系统性经济学说构成中国特色社会主义政治经济学的核心内容。中国的市场化改革推动了政治经济学的研究扩展到经济运行领域。社会主义市场经济理论的确立和演进,反映中国特色社会主义政治经济学的理论进展。对供求关系转向需求侧和供给侧的体制及相应的改革分析,开拓了中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究的新空间。

Contemporary Chinese Marxist political economy refers to socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. If defined by production relations, contemporary Chinese Marxist political economy is of political economy of the primary stage of socialism. If defined by production forces, it is of political economy of the middle-income stage. As the objects have extended to production forces, the task of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics is constructing a systematic economic theory on liberation, development and protection of production forces. Systematic theories on the basic economic system and the basic income system, as the basic contents of socialist economic system, are the core contents of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. China＇s market-oriented reforms promote that research on political economy extends to economic operation. The establishment and evolution of the socialist market economy theory, demonstrate great achievements of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. The analysis of supply-demand relationship has turned to the respective analysis of demand-side and supply-side reforms, which has expanded the traditional research into a new research field of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
